JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned GP-25 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 5, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the prescribed appellate authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 for grant of an appropriate relief to him with respect to the lands in question as also the order impugned.
Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
