The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the non-family member of the accused persons who are alleged to have committed the offence under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is having no family relation with the husband of the deceased lady and is, but a co-villager who has been falsely implicated in the present case and the provision of Section 304(B) would not be attracted. It is further submitted

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
