Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 602 of 2018, arising out of Jokihat P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.05.2018.

Learned counsel submits that during the course of election, no public conveyance was made available and, therefore, he boarded in the car for journey and in the mead way the car was intercepted, the driver of the car fled away and this

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage of the petitioner is fixed on 27.07.2018.
