That this certiorari writ application is being filed for setting aside the order dated 31.03.2023 passed in Anganbari Appeal No. 48/2019 by the learned Collector Sitamarhi whereby and whereunder learned Collector Sitamarhi has set aside the order vide memo no. 1029 dated 26.03.2019 passed by the learned District Programme Officer Sitamarhi by which candidate of the petitioner was found genuine case was allowed for appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika in village Panchayat
Patna High Court CWJC No.12961 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 Khairwa Ward No. 6, Centre No. 101 and selection of respondent Madhu Kumari was cancelled."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
