The petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2018 in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the petitioner is concerned, the alleged recovery is of one shot gun and only on the assumption that the petitioner was there for the purpose of committing dacoity, he was apprehended and has been put behind the bars. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Court as imposed by this Court.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34778 of 2018 (3) dt.16-07-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrarte - II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018.
