The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 3349 of 2013, corresponding to T.R. No. 5264 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant made allegations that the petitioners along with the husband of the complainant subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry.
It is submitted that the complainant was married with Alam Ansari in the year 1999. The complainant has got a daughter aged about 12 years. On account of some family disputes the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6094 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 is filed making false allegations of demand of dowry. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 3349 of 2013, corresponding to T.R. No. 5264 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
