Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present application has been filed for quashing of the first information report bearing Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 562 of 2019, dated 28.11.2019, lodged under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that from the contents of the first information report there is no whisper against the present petitioner and, therefore, this case should be quashed.

Counsel for the State submits that there are allegations in the first information report regarding depositing the amount

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1109 of 2022(2) dt.04-05-2023 2/2 in the account of the petitioner.

Upon going through the contents of the first information report, it is clear that the amount has been received in the account of the petitioner and allegation has specifically been made in paragraph 6 of the Complaint Case No. 3046 of 2019 (now Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 562 of 2019), which requires investigation, therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relief.

This writ petition is dismissed.
