JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-03-2015 *************** 02.03.2015 Petitioner is a widow of Late Vibhav Kumar Singh, who was appointed as Assistant Teacher on 07.01.1969 and retired on 30th of September, 2002 from Primary School Biswambharpur Block, Garkha District, Saran and finally passed away on 06.09.2014. The writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents that benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. should be extended to the husband of the petitioner corresponding thereof advantage in monetary terms should also accrue to the widow.

The writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.3313 of 2015 dt.02-03-2015 2/2 (Establishment), Saran at Chapra that he will take cognizance of Annexure-4 and decide the claim of the petitioner, raised therein, within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order.

Writ application stands disposed off in terms of above.
