The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, father of the deceased, alleged that his daughter was married to Akbar Ansari 6-7 years ago but her husband and other in-laws killed her daughter. The informant did not make any specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. Brothers-in-law of the deceased, namely, Kitabuddin Ansari and Akhtar Ansari have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7740/2015. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14212 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Darauli P.S.
