JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 06-10-2023 The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31290/2023 to the extent of correcting the address of the petitioner and also to extend the period to surrender. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the aforesaid order, the address of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as 'Resident of Village-Rajauli, P.S.-Rajauli, District-Nawada' in place of 'Resident of village Aliganj, P.S.- Chandradeep, District-Jamui'. The correct address is mentioned in the fresh vakalatnama filed on 11.09.2023. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 17.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31290/2023 is modified to the extent that in the order-sheet

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60456 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 at cause-title portion, the address of the petitioner be read as "Resident of village Aliganj, P.S.-Chandradeep, District-Jamui". 4.

Further, in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No.11 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistate 1st, Jamui, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 17.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31290/2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be read along with the order dated 17.07.2023. 6.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
