10. 03-08-2016 Sri Manager Sah, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Uday Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent/Accountant General, submits that in view of facts disclosed in the supplementary counter affidavit of respondent no. 5/Accountant General, this writ petition may be disposed of. He submits that in view of facts disclosed in the supplementary counter affidavit, P.P.O. has already been issued and sent to the Treasury Officer.
In view of submission made by learned counsel for
Patna High Court CWJC No.5075 of 2011 (10) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 the petitioner, there is no need to keep the matter pending. However, it is made clear that if subsequently petitioner feels that any of the grievance is still pending, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
