It would appear from perusal of the impugned order as well as first information report that two witnesses, namely, Shoba Devi and Puja Kumari claimed that they had seen the petitioners fleeing from the place of occurrence. There is serious allegation of gang rape against these petitioners.

Therefore, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case no. 29/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada stands rejected.
