Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 514 of 2004 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324, 302, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that the alleged occurrence took place in the year 2004 and petitioner is named in a serious case of Section 302, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 514
