The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 51of 2011 for offences under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C that the alleged victim travelled in various part of the country, it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in
