In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 236 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police received an information that the accused persons assembled to take revenge against their enemy. The police party went there and except one of the accused persons all fled away and he has disclosed the name of this petitioner and from there, a loaded pistol along with three live cartridges, two loaded pistols kept on a chair and two live cartridges, two mobile phones, one of the Samsung company and another of Vivo company, which were found lying, were seized.
