The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.428 of 2019 registered for offences under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 2 of the Copy Right Act; and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
