2. It transpires to this Court that vide Order No. 4, dated 20.03.2025, upon repeated calls, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner in this case and as a matter of last indulgence, this case was adjourned.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that a latest counter affidavit has been filed. Counsel further submits that one annexure, Annexure-R/2, has been filed by the State, which contains a letter written by the petitioner to the District Magistrate stating that his grievances have been settled during the pendency of the writ petition.

4. It transpires to this Court that the petitioner's grievances have been settled, and perhaps for this reason, the counsel for the petitioner has not appeared in this case for the last three dates.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
