JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to be order giver and specific allegation of firing is against other accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 26.07.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that all the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61001 of 2021(4) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 prosecution witnesses have been examined and trial is likely to be concluded in near future.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
