2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Two unknown criminals have looted Rs. 8 lakhs from the salesman of the informant. Subsequently, during investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 12.04.2024.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in loot of Rs. 8 lakhs in a broad day light, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
