Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 352, 308(2), 308(5), 336(1), 335, 336(3), 340(2) and 140 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have antecedent of two cases. It is next submitted that Mukesh Soni @ Kallu @ Mukesh Kumar Soni had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 42679 of 2026 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 1-7-2026 by a learned co-ordinate bench. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49849 of 2026(2) dt.29-07-2026 2/2 further submitted that case of the petitioners is similar to the case of Mukesh Soni, thus based on parity seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the order dated 1-7-2026 in Cr. Misc No. 42679 of 2026, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 1153 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
