Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Itarhi P. S. case no. 95/2014 registered under sections 457, 380, 420 and 120B/34 of the IPC.

The present Itarhi P. S. case no. 95/2014 has been registered on the basis of Complaint case no. 780/2014.

Although petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, stolen rifle and cartridges were not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and it is only stated that the petitioner demanded Rs 50,000/- from informant to return stolen rifle and cartridges.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four
