1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent/authorities to consider and appoint the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher and for setting aside the order dated 28.02.2017 passed in Case No. 06 of 2014 passed by Presiding Officer, District Teachers Appellate Authority, Buxar and for quashing the appointment letter issued to respondent no. 10 in the year
Patna High Court CWJC No.6826 of 2017(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 2016 which is based on forged documents. The petitioner has directly approached this Court, without approaching the State Appellate Authority.
3. In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, by filing an appeal, against the order passed by Presiding Officer, District Appellate Authority, Bauxar.
4. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application is disposed.
