JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture by the petitioner for nonfulfilment of the dowry demand after five years of the marriage as a result, the daughter of the informant to jumped in front of running train along with male child.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Accordingly, the application is rejected in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 324 of 2014 pending in the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10042 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 learned ACJM, Danapur.
