2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 120B/307 of the I. P . C & 25(1-B)A/26/35/27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired, targeting the informant house .

4. It is submitted that though there is allegation of firing but no one received firearm injury .

5. However, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature .

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature and gravity of allegation,
