Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366A/34 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are younger brother and father of the co-accused Ravi Kumar with whom the victim eloped. The petitioner No. 2 has filed a Sanha about eight month before filing of the present case in which it was mentioned that informant's side is pressurizing to perform marriage of the victim girl with Ravi Kumar.
Considering the thrust of accusation against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9176 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 co-accused Ravi Kumar, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Medini Chowki P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
