On realising the fact that the petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal under Sub-section 6 of Section 48 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935 against the impugned order dated 01.07.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to prefer appeal against the said order.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the said order dated 01.07.2021. The petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for condonation of delay in preferring appeal before the Appellate Authority in the background of the fact that he was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
