The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 10.12.2008 passed by the Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Criminal Revision No.269 of 2008, by which he has affirmed the order dated 28.4.2008 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Darbhanga in M.R. No.693 of 1999, by which he had declared the possession of the Opposite Party No.2 upon the lands in dispute. Considering that the proceeding is of the year 1999, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter at this late stage. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
