JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for a slight modification in the order dated 05.08.2019.

2. In the opening sentence of the aforesaid order dated 05.08.2019, it has been stated that the petitioner has challenged the appointment of private respondent No. 6 on

Patna High Court CWJC No.15452 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 the post of Anganbari Sevika.

3. Mr. Gagan Deo Yadav, the learned Advocate for the petitioner has pointed out that the concerned post was of Anganbari Sahayika and not of Anganbari Sevika.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, let the words "Anganbari Sevika" in the first paragraph of the order dated 05.08.2019 be read as "Anganbari Sahayika".

5. The time for preferring representation before the concerned respondent is extended by a further period of three weeks from today. The concerned respondent would pass orders within a period of thirty days to be counted from receipt of such representation by the petitioner.

6. The order dated 05.08.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

7. The petition stands disposed off.

8. Let this order be uploaded forthwith.
