Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,341,379,307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is on better footing to that of Md. Bala @ Saddam, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 for the reason that there is no allegation against the petitioner of commission of injury at the stomach of the husband of the informant. The case diary does not contain the injury report of the injured. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34831 of 2018 (3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Paharkatta Police Station Case No.93 of 2017(G.R.No.1666 of 2017), subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
