JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 13.07.2017, issued by the Deputy Registrar General, Bihar, Patna, by which certain guidelines have been circulated amongst the Collector-cum- District Registrar, Deputy Registrar etc., with a direction to follow the same and not register any instrument pertaining to un-surveyed/

Patna High Court CWJC No.18090 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 topo land in the State of Bihar, however, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that not only the said letter dated 13.07.2017/ the guidelines circulated therewith have been quashed by this Court by a judgment dated 28.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 17001 of 2021 ( Rakesh Gupta vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), but also the same have been withdrawn by the State of Bihar. In such view of the matter nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
