The petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Sonepur Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is direct allegation of assault against these petitioners who are said to have assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48640 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 informant's son by iron rami causing injury which is grievous in nature and the fact is clearly evident from Annexure-A to the Supplementary Affidavit.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to grant bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of these petitioners is rejected.
