The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sajour P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B) & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case in a nutshell is that all the FIR named accused persons in connivance with other unknown persons have killed the son of the informant by hatching conspiracy.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 05-03-2024. Petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55033 of 2024(3) dt.14-11-2024 2/3 bears one criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Petitioner is the widow of the deceased. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. It is alleged that petitioner had an illicit relation with co-accused, Saurabh Kumar, but the petitioner has got no association or connection with him. 6.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. It is submitted that other accused persons have confessed that the petitioner hatched a criminal conspiracy to cause her husband death for which she paid Rs. 20,000/- cash & Rs. 20,000/- through online transaction. Referring to paragraph Nos.129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134 & 135 of the case diary, it is submitted that petitioner was continuously in touch with the other accused persons prior to the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected. 8.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55033 of 2024(3) dt.14-11-2024 3/3 expeditiously as possible without any undue delay and unnecessary adjournments.
