Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 366A/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the F.I.R. that Vikash Kumar and Vikki persuaded the informant's niece to go with them to Bangalore. The victim girl submits that they did not do anything wrong with her at Bangalore.

Learned counsel submits that subsequently, the villagers alleged that the petitioner has also helped Vikash Kumar and Vikki Kumar in carrying the girl to Bangalore. It is further submitted that the victim girl has not named the petitioner in her 164 Cr. P.C. statement.

Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11348 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusrai, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 490 of 2015.
