JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR) 17-10-2019 After some argument, Sri Gagan Deo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of learned AC to SC-11 requests for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that his motorcycle was earlier stolen away and thereafter on statement of the petitioner an F.I.R. was lodged. Subsequently, he got information that his motorcycle was intercepted and seized in connection with a case relating to offence under the Excise Act and thereafter, the present writ petition was filed.
