JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Case No. C-2/257/2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 06.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 18 liters of Nepali Saufi wine. He submits that the aforesaid alleged liquor was sized from the joint possession of the petitioners.
