2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.73 of 2025 registered under Sections 317(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner was apprehended by the patrolling party with a motorcycle which is alleged to have been stolen.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is a student. The alleged recovery of motorcycle has been made from the house of one Tarachand Baitha with whom petitioner has no concern.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51703 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 The charge sheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 10.03.2025. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sikarana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.73 of 2025.
