Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that M.J.C. No. 774 of 2015 was disposed of on the basis of supplementary show cause filed on behalf of O.P. No.5 showing the compliance of order under contempt Annexure-B, which was filed by the petitioner earlier showing the claim of statutory interest as due. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that inadvertently, Annexure B was attached with supplementary show cause filed by respondent no.5. The order under contempt has been complied as no interest is payable in law as claimed by the petitioner and prayed to modify the order dated 04.09.2015 passed in M.J.C. No. 4020 of 2013 granting two weeks' time to

Patna High Court MJC No.774 of 2015 (4) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 file supplementary show cause showing full compliance of order under contempt.

In view of the above submission, order dated 04.02.2015 passed in M.J.C. No. 4020 of 2013 is modified and accordingly, this application is disposed of. Put up M.J.C. No. 4020 of 2013 after two weeks under the heading 'For Admission'. In the meantime, opposite parties will file supplementary show cause showing full compliance of order under contempt.
