2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 5, vide order dated 23.05.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 4257 of 2023 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIth, Danapur, Patna in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 184 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52958 of 2023(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 Nos. 2 to 5 have been granted anticipatory bail without hearing the petitioner/informant. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial of the case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
