2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his information, the petitioner is no more.

3. Counsel for the State on the other hand submits that grievance of the petitioner has been settled.

4. In the light of the submissions, this court is of the opinion that keeping pending this writ petition, shall not serve any purpose, therefore, this writ petition is hereby disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.3506 of 2017(4) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 directing that if any grievance of the petitioner has still not been settled, then in that case, the heirs and legal representatives of the sole petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned along with this order and Authority after receiving the representation, shall pass order afresh within 90 days from the date of receiving of the same.
