JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 504, 506, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abusing the informant and when the daughter-in-law of the informant made protest, then she was also assaulted when the son of the informant came to rescue, he was also assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case lodged by the petitioners' side is at earlier point of time.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14783 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 The injury has been found to be simple, though, with regard to some injuries, the opinion has been kept reserve and the petitioners' side also received injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sheo Sasagar (Baddi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
