In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015 registered for offence under section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The Police, on raid, recovered 40 litres country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
