The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 452, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner, co-accused Arbind Kumar Sharma and Murlidhar Sharm entered into the house of the informant. Co-accused Arbind Kumar Sharma caused injury with axe on the head of the informant. In the meantime co-accused Murlidhar Sharma attacked the informant with iron rod and the petitioner with butt of the pistol assaulted the wife of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that informant is the uncle of wife of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15700 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 The police submitted chage-sheet under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the mother of the informant has denied the accusation and the present bail application has been sworn by the mother of informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Munger in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
