Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is younger brother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. The father-in-law has already been allowed anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37115 of 2018. Considering the nature of allegation in the F.I.R., let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37603 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No.759 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
