Petitioner seeks bail in S. T. No.23 of 2018 arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No.570 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that informant arrested Md. Salim with motorcycle. He disclosed that he has purchased the motorcycle from this petitioner.

The motorcycle has not been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been named by the co-accused, who was arrested by the police. The Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
