Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P. S. case no. 580/2014 registered under sections 379, 411/34 of the IPC.

As per prosecution case itself, FIR named accused Pankaj Mandal and two others were carrying stolen coal by a tractor which met an accident on the way. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only sated that he is owner of the aforesaid tractor. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
