Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384,385,386,387,427 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR would reveal that informant had purchased a land from co-accused-Abhay Kumar Singh. Abhay Kumar Singh allegedly demanded ransom of Rs.Twenty Lacs to allow the informant to make construction on the land rather boundary wall was damaged by Abhay Kumar Singh and others.
Submission is that apparently there is matter of land dispute between the two and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Allegation is that he was also involved in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47246 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 damaging the boundary wall. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar Police Station Case No.302 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
