2. The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 221 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court or learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

3. The solitary ground pleaded on behalf of the petitioner for seeking transfer of the subject matrimonial case is that the petitioner apprehends danger at the hands of the opposite party to attend the case at Chapra.

4. Inasmuch as the petitioner has afforded no details in

Patna High Court MJC No.1060 of 2016 dt.16-10-2017 2/2 this regard, an opportunity to bring the materials on record in support of such contention was granted to the petitioner by order dated 15.09.2017, but no supplementary affidavit has been filed and hence, such claim has not been substantiated.
