Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 363/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that victim has married with the son of the petitioners Abhiranjan Kumar Singh @ Chhote Babu and petitioners are unfortunate parents of the boy. It is further submitted that during investigation the victim was found to be major. Moreover co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 7972 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9153 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 384 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
