2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 411,379,413 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who was apprehended on the spot while removing light mast from the temple. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of

No.53452 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 152 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
