JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balia Police Station Case No. 270 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 323, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave Khanti blow causing grievous injury on the nose of informant's son. Although, it is argued on behalf of the petitioner that in course of investigation, it came to light that it was coaccused Rahit Kumar, who caused injury to informant's son but I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10383 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 connection with Balia Police Station Case No. 270 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai stands rejected.

However, it is made clear that this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U
